David Taylor - Chairman - Board of Directors
David Taylor is an experienced software and technology entrepreneur and investor. He co-founded and was chief executive of TOPIC, the financial information database, co-founded Fidessa Group PLC (FDSA.L) and helped Digital River Inc (DRIV.NQ) to commercialise internationally. He is currently a board member of Monaco Telecom and was an early investor in Seeker and has been closely involved in the company’s development.
Christopher Sharples - Non Executive Director - Board of Directors

Christopher Sharples has played a pivotal role in many successful businesses. These have included brokerage and fund management in the financial markets, software for banks and investment institutions, financial data dissemination and internet software distribution. He was chairman of the Securities and Futures Authority in the City of London and a member of the Takeover Panel. He became a director of Seeker Wireless in 2006 and is a significant investor.
Dr. Chris Drane - Chief Executive Officer - Board of Directors

Dr. Chris Drane is a pioneer in the area of wireless location. In 1980 at Sydney University he was the co-inventor of a vehicle tracking system and In 1990, he became a Professor at the University of Technology, Sydney. In 1996 his team was the first in the world to demonstrate accurate positioning for GSM mobiles and in 2001, Chris became a Vice-President at Cambridge Positioning Systems. Chris has been a director of Seeker Wireless since he co-founded the company in 2003.
Dr. Malcolm Macnaughtan - Chief Technical Officer

Dr. Malcolm Macnaughtan possesses over 15 years experience in wireless location. During that time he has developed several breakthrough inventions in wireless location. These include techniques for zone detection which can achieve unprecedented accuracy and reliability, and an interference cancellation technique that enables dramatic 'hearability' improvement for location receivers in CDMA and WCDMA networks. He is the inventor or co-inventor of numerous patents in the wireless location field. After completing his PhD in the area of GSM mobile positioning, Malcolm worked as a senior R&D Engineer at Cambridge Positioning Systems, with responsibilities including CPS’s 3G location technology development.
Malcolm’s career also includes 5 years in the defence industry, specialising in Electronic Warfare. Prior to joining Seeker Wireless, Dr Macnaughtan was R&D Manager with Dilithium Networks, managing audio and video researchers as well as teams of developers implementing software components for Dilithium’s 3G multimedia gateway.

Darren Charles - Chief Financial Officer

Darren Charles is an experienced finance professional in the software and technology space. Prior to joining Seeker Darren spent 13 years as the lead finance executive at electronics design software company Altium Limited (ALU.ASX). For the last 7 years of his tenure at Altium, Darren was Chief Financial Officer and has served for 4 years as a member of the board of directors. Darren gained considerable experience in building finance and operations for this high growth business. He was a key member of the executive team that saw the company grow from 25 people based in two countries to over 350 staff with operations in 8 countries across Asia, Europe and US.
At Seeker, Darren leads a team responsible for Finance & Administration, Human Resources, Facilities and Sales Administration. Darren is also the Company Secretary.
