Mobile operators worldwide can now offer highly accurate zone-based charging to rival the fixed network Acision, the messaging and charging company of choice for over 300 network operators and service providers worldwide, today announced that it is working with zone detection technology provider Seeker Wireless for the provision of location-based charging. With its expertise in rating and charging, Acision will initially launch “HomeZone” to enable operators to offer differentiated charging for mobile users at home.
